Please refer to your USB for all Needs Assessments and course evaluation documents. Please search under PLN Administrative forms. Participants should fill out the form to the best of their knowledge. Any questions or insight they can provide about issues to be explored in the seminar will be used in tailoring syllabi to address specific needs. Needs Assessment forms should be returned to the PLN office prior to the start of the course.
